Getting Started

First steps:
- Join our Meetup group and check out a free community workout.
- Sign up for a free class!
- Get an FMS Screening to identify any weak movement patterns.
- Register for a Fifth Ape Fundamentals course. You'll learn all of the basics and be fully prepared for further training.
- Sign up for your chosen method of training! Be sure to take advantage of online scheduling and payment.
- Make sure you've downloaded and filled out the required forms. You'll need to submit them before you can train. You can find them here.
- Get our newsletter for news, special events, and community bonding activites like team dinners and field trips.
Regardless of how you chose to begin, before your first session we will need to sit down for about 5-10 minutes so we can fill out some forms, review a few groundrules, and, if appropriate, conduct a fitness assessment.
